Shipping Info:
Optical Engineering strives to ship all in stock orders received before 2:00 pm the same day. All shipments are FOB Marietta unless otherwise specified. Shipping will be via UPS unless otherwise arranged with OEC. Overnight and expedited shipping is available at additional cost. OEC is not responsible for damages occurring in transit and all claims must be made with the carrier. Please also see our Return Policy.


Return Policy
We offer a 100% Guarantee that the product is free from manufacturing defect. We pride ourselves on shipping high quality merchandise, but errors do happen. We will replace or refund payment for any obvious manufacturing defect.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise within seven days. OEC cannot authorize any return of merchandise that has been in the customer’s possession for seven days or more.

You must call for a return authorization number before returning merchandise. There may be up to a 15% restocking fee on items returned due to customer error.

OEC is not responsible for damages occurring in transit and all claims must be made with the carrier.
